  1. Click on the application name to download to your computer.
  2. Open the downloaded application file, then "Save As" application name-Your Last name. For example: 2021 Weatherby Application-Your Name.pdf.
  3. Fill in the form with your information. Save changes as you go.
  4. Once complete, you will be able to email the completed form as instructed.
Note to Mac users: Open and complete PDF interactive forms in Adobe Reader rather than Preview.
