Bylaws and Rules Committee
The Bylaws and Rules Committee keeps members informed of changes in the Constitution and International Standing Rules, aligns the State Bylaws and State Rules with the international governing documents, accepts and reviews proposed amendments to the State Bylaws and State Rules, and reviews chapter rules for alignment with the governing documents of the Society.
Each member of the committee makes a presentation at her area's fall workshop, and she reviews chapter rules from all chapters in her area once during each biennium.

The Bylaws and State Rules Committee presents, for consideration by members, these proposed amendments to the Texas State Organization ruling documents.
